Date and Time: August 18, 2025 - May 29, 2026 Monday - Friday* 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Taekwondo After School Program will be closed when Chesterfield County public schools are closed. Chesterfield County public school calendars can be found here: https://www.oneccps.org/page/calendars Program Description: Our unique After School Program allows each child to improve develop a positive attitude, build self-confidence, and to learn respect and discipline… all while in a fun and safe environment! We have a high quality program consisting of: Martial Arts Classes Supervision of Homework Exciting Games & Activities Arts & Crafts and much more Each facility is separated into two areas: a martial arts training area and classrooms for after school care. Schools we pick up from: Clover Hill Elementary Alberta Smith Elementary Old Hundred Elementary Spring Run Elementary Woolridge Elementary Crenshaw Elementary Winterpock Elementary Grange Hall Elementary Moseley Elementary Bailey Bridge Middle Deep Creek Middle Cost and Payment Options: Biweekly Payment Option: $89/week per child Full Payment Option: 10% discount Optional Taekwondo Class: 1 Class / week (Tues. or Thur.) - $10/week per child 2 Classes / week - $20/week per child Deposit: A two week deposit per child ($178/child) will be collected during the sign up process using the credit card you provide at checkout. You will need to provide your credit card information during your first visit for the remaining balance due (full payment option) or for future (biweekly payment option) payments.
Cancellation Policy
•If you wish to cancel this agreement, you may cancel by written notice with four weeks notice to the school. This also serves as specific permission to pick your child up from their respective school and transport them back to our Taekwon Park’s Martial Arts for Tae Kwon Do, snack, homework assistance, play games, and other activities • My child has permission to be transported by a Taekwon Park’s Martial Arts vehicle. • In the event that your child or anyone in the immediate household of the camper develops a communicable disease as defined by the state board of health, it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to notify Taekwon Park’s Martial Arts within 24 hours or the next business day, except in the case of life threatening diseases which must be reported immediately. • My signature authorizes the management and staff of Taekwon Park’s Martial Arts to act for me according to their best judgment in the event of a medical emergency and/or routine medical care. Any such action will be taken in the best interest of my child and will be reported to me/us as soon as possible. My signature waives and/or releases Taekwon Park’s Martial Arts from any and all liability and/or financial responsibility for any medical expenses incurred. • The parent/guardian authorizes their child to be photographed by the Taekwon Park’s Martial Arts staff during classes, camps and other activities sponsored by Taekwon Park’s Martial Arts. Photographs taken will be used for marketing purposes to include, but not limited to, brochures, flyers, pamphlets, posters, social media promotions, books and curriculum related materials.
